Regional Roasts

Coffee bean characteristics vary based on the REGION in which they are grown. Coffee produced in the Caribbean, Latin, Central and South America are generally characterized by a light body and sharp acidity. Beans grown in Africa & the Middle East typically have winey acidity, rustic flavors and intense aromas. While Arabica coffees from the broad Pacific region vary greatly and are generally considered to have a gentle acidity and a rich, full body.
